Designer
Britnee is a creative designer with a passion for delivering innovative solutions to clients. With over a decade of experience in the industry, she has become a respected leader known for her exceptional skills in design, project management, and team organization. As a native Floridian, she understands the unique challenges and opportunities of designing and building in the region, and has a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of the area; incorporating local, worldly and timeless influences into her designs whenever possible. Britnee is passionate about helping clients create spaces that are both functional and beautiful. Whether she is designing a sleek modern office or a cozy family home, her goal is to exceed expectations, deliver exceptional results and leave a lasting impression. When not curating spaces, she spends time beaching, biking and traveling with her husband and 2 Bernedoodle pups.
Eric
operations manager & accounting professional
Eric manages the daily back-office operations and accounting at Artisan, where he has been a key part of the team since 2019. His focus on efficiency and clear financial processes helps keep projects running smoothly. Originally from Pennsylvania and now happily rooted in Sarasota, he most values time with his family and life as a proud father. Eric brings a calm, solutions-oriented approach to his role and is committed to supporting both colleagues and clients with clarity and care.
Shaun
Project Executive
Originally from Orlando and a Sarasota resident for the past 25 years, Shaun is a dedicated and skilled Project Executive with extensive experience overseeing both residential and commercial construction projects. With a strong background in project management, Shaun has developed a reputation for delivering high-quality results through effective leadership, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to every phase of construction.
Zack
Senior Project Manager
Zack holds a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He entered the commercial construction industry during a co-op in Coconut Creek, where he supported a fast-track casino addition by managing permitting, documentation, and project coordination.
Jeff
Project Manager
Jeff has been working in construction for over twenty years. During this time, he has
served as the project manager on multi-million-dollar custom home builds, large scale
remodels, and commercial build-outs. Jeff has held a variety of roles in construction
throughout his career including management of warranty departments, on-site superintendent, and start to finish project management. He found his way into construction through
green building training and high-performance building testing. Jeff brings this wealth of
knowledge and experience to each and every project he works on. Jeff obtained a Bachelor’s
degree from the University of Florida in Business Management and Finance, as well as
attending non-degree seeking classes at the Ringling School of Art and Design. In his free time,
Jeff enjoys getting outdoors with his family and going on local adventures.
John
Project Manager
John is a construction professional with a master’s degree in construction and around five years of experience delivering complex commercial, healthcare, senior living, and aviation projects across Florida. Starting his career as a field engineer, he has repeatedly progressed into multiple roles such as assistant project manager, assistant superintendent, superintendent, and ultimately project manager, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both site operations and project controls.
Carlos
Project Manager/Superintendent
Carlos is a Project Manager/Superintendent with extensive experience in residential and commercial construction across Florida. Known for his attention to detail and strong leadership, he oversees projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with the Florida Building Code. With a hands-on background in field operations and a focus on efficiency, Carlos delivers projects that exceed client expectations while maintaining schedule and budget integrity.
Aaron
Construction Superintendent
Born and raised in San Diego, Aaron brings over seven years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, specializing in commercial construction. Throughout his career, he has successfully led projects for notable clients including PopStroke, Phenix Salon, Northrop Grumman, Abbott, and Williams Parker.
Ian
Construction Superintendent
Ian is a Construction Superintendent with a background in project management, property operations, and facilities oversight. In his current role, he oversees high-end residential renovation projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction. His leadership is grounded in years of experience managing complex builds, coordinating trades, deadlines, and navigating regulatory requirements.
Cole
Assistant Project Manager
Born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, Cole has over four years of experience in the construction industry. Cole has had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects — from large-scale commercial builds to high-end residential homes and remediation work across Florida’s West Coast.

Jacqueline
Jacqueline has utilized her advanced degrees in Biochemistry, Environmental Sciences, and Paralegal Studies to assist executive management in the real estate development sector. Her understanding of the legal complexities and regulatory compliance unique to Florida’s building requirements has enabled her to develop operating procedures for successful project management within the commercial and residential construction industries. Before relocating to Sarasota ten years ago, she had co-founded and managed a commercial fire protection company outside of Philadelphia, PA which is still providing services after twenty years. Driven by a passion for building professional partnerships, Jacqueline continues to use her experience to contribute to the growth and success of Artisan Construction. (In her free time, she can be found enjoying time with one of her four children, gardening, or rescuing unwanted bunnies.)
